VCO Cruises 2230 To 2430 MHz Space

Dec. 2, 2011
The CVCO55CC-2230-2430 VCO voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2,230 MHz to 2,240 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1V to 4.9V.

The CVCO55CC-2230-2430 VCO voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2,230 MHz to 2,240 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1V to 4.9V. Typical phase noise is -106 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and output power is typically +3 dBm. Residing in a 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package, input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 32 mA. Pulling and Pushing are held to 1 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V, respectively and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical. CRYSTEK CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
