Operating in demanding environments, the CVCOT8BE-2700-3400 VCO resides in a sealed TO-8 package and specifies an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°. It operates from 2.7 GHz to 3.4 GHz with a phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. Tuning sensitivity is 120 MHz/V, pulling and pushing are 25 MHz and 10 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -12 dBc.
