Operating from 2,300 MHz to 2,450 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V, the model CVCO55CC-2300-2450 VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and a typical output power of +4 dBm. It resides in a standard 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package and accepts an input voltage of 5V. Maximum current consumption is 35 mA while pulling and pushing are 0.5 MHz and 1.3 MHz/V, respectively.
