The CVCO55BES-0950-2050 VCO operates over a frequency range from 950 MHz to 2,050 MHz with a control voltage range of 0V to 15V. It specifies a typical phase noise of -99 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and comes in an industry-standard SMD package measuring 0.5” x 0.5”. Input voltage is 10V with a maximum current consumption of 20 mA and pulling and pushing figures are minimized 2.5 MHz and 1 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -30 dBc typical.
