Heralded as the market’s smallest programmable voltage controlled MEMS oscillator (VCMO) with the best pull-range linearity, the SiT3701 VCXO comes with an array of programmable features such as frequency, voltage, tolerance and pull range, enabling delivery of custom samples in 24 hours and production quantities in two weeks. Measuring 2.5 mm x 2 mm, the device specifies a 0.5% pull range linearity. Other features include frequencies between 1 MHz and 110 MHz, pull ranges of ±30 ppm, ±60 ppm, ±120 ppm, or ±240 ppm, operating voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, and frequency tolerances of ±25 ppm, ±30 ppm, ±50 ppm, and ±100 ppm.
