The VCSAT (5V) and VCSAXT (3.3V) voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXOs) feature stabilities of from ±25 to ±100 ppm. Their pullablility ranges from ±50 to 100± ppm and their operating temperature range is either -10°C to 70°C or -40°C to 85°C. The devices are available in pin-through units and have an output symmetry of 40% to 60% at 2.5V over the frequency range of 1 to 52 MHz.
