With enhanced dual-port RAM, EPF10K50E programmable logic device features high performance and low power consumption while offering pin-for-pin compatibility with 5V and 3.3V FLEX 10K members. With 2880 logic elements, 40,960 bits of on-chip RAM, and advanced dual-port RAM in flexible configurations up to 16 bits wide, the PLD provides FIFO operating frequency as fast as 102 MHz for high-speed applications used in telecommunications and data transfer. Typical applications are ATM switches, Ethernet routers, ISDN modems and base stations.
