Extending memory, connectivity, and package options are 29 new members of the Stellaris ARM Cortex-M3-based MCU family. They include unique IP for motion control applications, intelligent analog functionality, and expanded advanced connectivity options to provide a broad range of price/performance solutions for industrial applications. The portfolio also offers extended memory range pin-compatibility along with compact packages. Each device is supported by the company’s StellarisWare software that promises to speed development of applications in the energy, security, and connectivity markets.
