Interfacing with industry-standard microprocessors and microcontrollers, the WEDPF2M64-XBX3 stacked flashPBGAs provide 2M x 64 of memory and operate on 3.3V. Power consumption is 180 mA in active mode and 20 mA in standby mode. Individual chip enable and write functions allow users to configure the device to 4M x 32 and 8M x 16. Access times are 70, 100, 120 and 150 ns and the architecture consists of 252 32K-word sectors and 32 4K-word sectors. Prices start at under $400 in quantities of 100.
