The CS4220/21/23/24 audio codecs provide high-performance audio processing for professional audio systems. The CS4223/24 audio codecs specify true 24-bit resolution and a 105-dB dynamic range. This pair provides the equivalent of a 1-bit gain in resolution and a doubling of performance. The CS4220/21 offer 24-bit resolution and 100 dB of dynamic range for lower-cost solutions. With greater than 90 dB total harmonic distortion and noise, the CS4223/24 have distortion levels low enough to support the most demanding professional audio devices such as multi-track recorders, musical instruments, reverb processors and digital audio tape systems.
