19" Monitor Employs Trinitron Tube Technology

Nov. 1, 1999

With 18" of viewable screen space, AV-195T 19" display uses Trinitron tube technology for high quality imaging with 0.25" dot pitch. Resolution is 1280 x 1024 at a 85-Hz refresh rate. And with a depth of just 18.5", the monitor takes up a minimum of desk space. The Trinitron CRT is cylindrical to minimize the light reflection that occurs in a shadow mask CRT. It also uses an aperture grill rather than a dot-type shadow mask to let 33% more light pass through the phosphor layer for more detail and brightness.
