The LQ201U1LW11 20.1-in. monochrome thin-film transistor (TFT) LCD features a brightness of 700 nits and a response time of 25 ms or less. Superior image sharpness is ensured by 8-bit per sub pixels of gray scale. Also, graphics and text can be displayed in an 8-bit mode. Usability is enhanced by the unit's proprietary ASV technology, including a 170° viewing angle, improved contrast and response time, and the elimination of bright pixel defects. A 20.1-in. color module (LQ201U1LW01), featuring 16 million colors, is also available for ultrasound and PET applications. Both TFT LCDs are available now and are priced at approximately $1800.
