Utilizing new poly-silicon (p-Si) technology, the ANDpSiTFT04C380K-HB 4" TFT LCD module features a brightness 200 nits and a resolution of 640 x 480. The 81 mm x 61 mm screen is said to provide a brighter, thinner and lighter display with high-resolution. This technology allows the row and column LCD drivers to be fabricated directly on the LCD glass, eliminating the need for discrete TAB drivers by decreasing interconnects and thereby increasing reliability. Overall dimensions are 118 mm x 73 mm x 7 mm and total power consumption for the display is 1.1W and voltage requirements are 3.3 Vdc for logic. The display comes with a single tube CCFL backlight. Price is $370 each in production quantities.
