The OSD070WGEA1 7" WVGA, 800 x RGB x 480 transflective TFT display module includes white LED backlighting to deliver a uniform luminance of 500 cd/m2. The RoHS-compliant component specifies a 500:1 contrast ratio and reports high color saturation and wide viewing angles. It also supports extended operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and a storage temperature range from -30°C to +85°C. Other features include a simple interface, timing controller, and all the high- and low-voltage power supplies required by the panel. Sample pricing starts at $120 each.
