App Links High-Speed Scopes To Logic Analyzers

June 1, 2001

Designed to link the company's TLA600/700 series of logic analyzers with its TDS7000/684C/694C/3000 oscilloscopes, the iView package includes TLA application software version 4.1 and an interconnect. The package allows users to display time-correlated views of both digital and analog waveforms up to 4 GHz on the logic analyzer display. Setup is via an external oscilloscope wizard in the logic analyzer user interface that guides the user through setup and connection. No user calibration is required and once the setup is complete, the application is fully automated.
