Suited for portable applications requiring low power consumption, the MTG-F24160XFWNSEB-01 240 x 160-pixel graphic LCD display features a blue/green EL backlight and built-in touch-panel. The display has total outline dimensions of only 74.6 mm x 56.1 mm and is available with an optional built-in inverter to provide the EL panel voltage for the backlight. The built-in resistive touch-panel offers the user lower tooling and manufacturing costs. The standard version is based on FSTN (gray with black dot) technology with a transflective rear polarizer utilizing a 1/160 duty cycle. Other key features include low power consumption, wide temperature range, parallel operation, built-in touch panel, dot pitch of 0.24 mm2, and built-in M-Clock signal.
