This 6.4", VGA, 640 x 480-pixel TFT active matrix LCD, called AND64C401V-HB, offers 350 nits brightness for applications such as medical, office, factory, and vehicular and handheld instrumentation. The display is driven by a 6-bit digital interface and has overall dimensions of 169 x 120 x 13 mm. And it consumes a typical 8.5W at 5 vdc for logic and 12 vdc for backlight. The LCD comes with CCFL backlight and a built-in inverter that allows a 10:1 adjustment of backlight brightness.
