The SOM-6765 COM-Express computer on module (COM) uses a low-power Atom N2600 or D2700 processor and is based on COM.0 R2.0 type 2 pin-out. Total power consumption is 6W and the module measures 95 mm x 95 mm. Other features include dual display outputs and various graphic interfaces such as LVDS, VGA, an HDMI, an improved DDI function, two PCIe x1, 4 x PCI masters, an optional 1 x PCIe x4 slot, Giga-bit LAN, 2 x SATAII, 8 x USB2.0, LPC, SMBus, I2C Bus, EIDE, and 8-bit GPIO.
