With 15 LEDs arranged in a semicircle, these crescent-shaped bargraph LED arrays add visual appeal to temperature gauges, automotive instrument panels, volume level displays, UV meters, and others. The units operate between 565 and 660 nm and in any red, green or yellow color combination with brightness ranging from 4.5 to 8.0 mcd typical at 25°C, depending on the LED’s color. For each LED in the package, there’s a single common contact point for negative (cathode) and one contact point for each LED positive (anode) for a total of 16 leads. Assemblies may be configured with LEDs of a single color or of different colors.
