Designed for operation over the standard ITU C band, three distributed feedback laser diode (DFB-LD) modules and a DFB-LD discrete component offer a 2.5 GB/s data rate. The cooled FU-672PDF and FU-675PDF wavelength monitor modules contain an integrated stabilizer that locks the wavelength output to the ITU grid channel.
The uncooled FU-645SDF module reduces power consumption and module size. The uncooled ML7XX16 discrete component's technology offers a wide temperature range and a reduced error bit rate. In sample quantities, pricing for the FU-672PDF and FU-675PDF is $2,526 each; the FU-645SDF is $773 each.
