Enlarging the company's digital phosphor oscilloscope (DPO) offerings, the TDS7000B series includes the 4 GHz TDS7404B, 2.5 GHz TDS7254B, and the 1.5 GHz TDS7154B. Each of the new DPOs exploits a SiGe-based triggering system that accommodates the capture of up to 400,000 waveforms per second. Triggers include edge, timing, setup and hold, fault, and event triggers. The system features trigger jitter as narrow as 1 psRMS and can detect glitches as low as 110 ps. Other features of the DPOs include MultiView Zoom and a 1,024 x 768, 10.4" XGA display. Depending on the model, prices range from $24,900 to $42,500. TEKTRONIX INC., Beaverton, OR. (800) 426-2200.
