Covering two discreet frequency ranges of 1.8 to 2.9 GHz and 5 to 6 GHz, the Model 425A handheld spectrum analyzer performs measurements in all WLAN bands without the need for external modules. These include 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, and Bluetooth.

Covering two discreet frequency ranges of 1.8 to 2.9 GHz and 5 to 6 GHz, the Model 425A handheld spectrum analyzer performs measurements in all WLAN bands without the need for external modules. These include 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, and Bluetooth. For WLAN testing, all network channels can be displayed and users can zoom in on the channel of interest via a single pushbutton. The analyzer can identify all 14 DSSS and the 12 OFDM channels. Including battery, the unit weighs less than 1.2 lb. and its internal memory can store up to 20 measurements and setups.
