Providing numerous inputs, features, and wide LCD-panel support, the DVS-1600 interface controller offers inputs for DVI, VGA, S-Video and composite video, along with a wide range of video modes. The array of inputs makes the controller a viable contender for both mainstream and legacy applications. It comes pre-programmed to support a wide range of panel models and resolutions that are selectable via switches. It supports panel resolutions from VGA (640 x 480 pixels) up to up to UXGA (1600 x 1200) and panel formats of 4:3, 5:4, 16:9, and 16:10. Panel timing and other features are updateable via the controller’s serial port. Other features include support for VESA timing modes and legacy video such as Synch-On-Green and Composite Synch, and a MTBF exceeding 260,000 hours. Price is $110 each/1,000.
