I/O Units Connect Up To 3900 Ft. Away

May 1, 2000

The KL series visual analog I/O modules, analog signal sources, and other devices may be located up to 3900 ft. from a PLC. Modules installed local to the analog output device accomplish this by digitizing the analog signal before transmitting it to the PLC.
The modules also include a built-in digital LED display to indicate signal status. Multiple analog devices can be connected to each module and their converted signals can be sent simultaneously over a single cable to the PLC.
The analog I/O modules are available in in two- and four-channel versions.
