The A6259, A6273 and the A6595 series of Latched Sink Drivers with DMOS outputs is designed for multi-purpose switching applications. The series features low drain to source on-resistance to minimize power dissipation and includes copper lead frames for enhanced thermal performance. Products are suitable for applications such as driving LED displays, relays and solenoids for sign and industrial controls. Each series has its own input protocol including 3-bit binary, parallel and serial input for the devices. The CMOS inputs allow direct interfacing with microprocessor-based systems. The A6259 combines a 3-to-8 line CMOS decoder an accompanying data latches and control circuits. The A6273 series combines eight positive edge triggered D-type data latches with an input for each of the DMOS outputs. The A6595 series combines an 8-bit shift register and data latches. All three series have two possible DMOS outputs including a 5 ohm and 1.3? ohm with 150 mA and 250 mA capability, respectively. Pricing starts at $0.87 each/1,000.
