A new LCD module offers ultra-wide viewing angles without compromising brightness or color gamut, while providing full high-definition (FHD) 1920-by-1080 resolution for portable broadcasting equipment and other industrial applications. NLT Technologies’ mid-sized (9.0-in.) FHD LCD module incorporates the company’s proprietary Super Fine TFT (SFT) technology to achieve the enhanced viewing performance. The NL192108AC10-01D delivers high-quality moving images, high luminance (400 cd per square meter), high transmissivity, and clear and vivid color reproduction at a gamut of 72% (NTSC ratio)—even in off-angle viewing conditions. Its 245-pixel-per-inch density and 103.5-µm pixel pitch come in an amorphous-silicon (AS) TFT color LCD. Viewing angles reach 176° horizontally and vertically. NLT’s Americas sales representative Renesas Electronics America joins in making this announcement.
