Nine new products recently emerged from Hittite Microwave Corp. Included in this line-up are frequency dividers and multipliers, as well as power and driver amplifiers. Of the nine, five are for frequency generation. All of the frequency-generation products come packaged in an SMT form factor. Two of the frequency dividers flaunt division ratios of 3 and 5 from DC −8 GHz. The other three frequency-generation products are active multipliers. They have multiplication ratios of x4 and x6, and yield outputs between 9.9 and −16 GHz.

Four new products remain, and they target 802.11a/HiperLAN WLAN PC-card/access-point and point-to-point/point-to-multipoint 5- to 6-GHz applications. Included in this set is a low-cost +3-V diversity switch and an efficient 5.1- to 5.9-GHz GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC power amplifier. This amplifier features a +30-dBm P1dB output power and +43-dBm output IP3. Broadband driver amplifiers with 15-dB gain and +20- to +24-dBm output power round out the offering. They cover 6 to 18 GHz and 17 to 26 GHz, respectively.

All nine products are now available. Contact the company directly for individual pricing information.
