New loop-powered digital panel meters and compatible TZ-41 transmitter do not require a power supply, they simply run off of the input signal. This feature helps create a safe unit for industrial environments, such as process instrumentation, assembly lines, and analytical devices. The digital panel meters have a high visibility red LED display, compact form factor, screw terminals for solid connections, and front panel offset and full-scale adjustment. Both 1/8 and 1/32 DIN sizes are available. The AL-213 and AL-215 models use a 4-20 mA linear scalable input to display any unit of measure, while the AP-560 monitors ac voltage. The TZ-41 DIN-rail mounted transmitter is also loop-powered. It has input ranges of 0-5 mA, 0-20 mA, or 4-20 mA with 1:1 input-to-output ratio and measures 25 mm x 98 mm x 41 mm. Pricing is from $153 for the AL-213, $160 for AL-512, $74 for AP-560, and $86 for TZ-41. SELCO PRODUCTS CO., Anaheim, CA. (800) 229-2332.
