With a shunt PIN diode configuration using a CLC quarter-wave technique and sub-alumina substrate, the SWX-A09S surface-mount, single-pole, double-throw switch comes in a 1.55" wide x 1.75" long x 0.40" high package and operates at a frequency range

With a shunt PIN diode configuration using a CLC quarter-wave technique and sub-alumina substrate, the SWX-A09S surface-mount, single-pole, double-throw switch comes in a 1.55" wide x 1.75" long x 0.40" high package and operates at a frequency range of 130 to 155 MHz with a typical switching speed of 20 ms. Minimum isolation is 20 dB with VSWR of 1.5:1 at the highest power. RF input operating power is 100W peak, 20W average, and maximum insertion loss is 0.5 dB. The switch requires 5 vdc at 100 mA and -24 vdc at 10 mA over a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. The switch also has an integral TTL compatible driver.
