With dimensions of 5 x 4 x 1.1 mm, TEMD5000 PIN diodes have a 7.5 mm2 sensitive chip area and provide a reverse light current of 55 µA at Ee = 1 mW/cm2, Lambda = 950 nm, and VR = 5V and extreme low, 15-ns switching times

With dimensions of 5 x 4 x 1.1 mm, TEMD5000 PIN diodes have a 7.5 mm2 sensitive chip area and provide a reverse light current of 55 µA at Ee = 1 mW/cm2, Lambda = 950 nm, and VR = 5V and extreme low, 15-ns switching times (tr, tf) at 5V reverse voltage, RLOAD = 50 ohm and Lambda = 820 nm. The device has a clear epoxy package with the full silicon spectral bandwidth range of from 600 to 1050 nm. The TEMD5100 has an integrated daylight filter for optimum reception of major IR emitters at 870 and 950 nm emission wavelength.
