RF Voltmeter Is Wide Ranging

Jan. 1, 1999

Capable of measuring voltages from 200 µV to 10V, the Model 9230 RF voltmeter is highly accurate from 10 Hz to 2.5 GHz. The microprocessor-based instrument is useful for both ATE and manual operation.RF voltages are measured at an accuracy of 1% of the reading at full scale. The menu-driven, 20-character x 4-line LCD has 0.001V resolution and can simultaneously show bar graphs of data from each of the instrument's channels. Users can change the voltage display to millivolts or volts, RMS or peak as applications demand. There's a full-function GPIB interface for remote operation; a RS-232 interface is optional.
