The EXTER Sun Readable is a black sun-readable operator panel that includes a 100% dimmable backlight that also ensures the best possible night vision, making it suitable for use in a 24-hour a day HMI (human-machine interface) application. The panel employs a high-resolution TFT display and offers all of the functionality and intuitive configuration software that comes with the standard EXTER series. The system includes a polarization filter and an antireflection filter. With more than 100 drivers available, the panel is fully interoperable with all major automation brands. The company says that it is particularly suitable for the process, oil and gas, and water and irrigation industries, where reliable, robust, and user-friendly HMI solutions are needed for outdoor environments at all hours and in all light conditions.
