Catering to users of pocket PCs and other hand-held products, the OSDT035STEE1 3.5" TFT LCD provides full VGA resolution over an active area measuring 53.28 mm x 71.04 mm and consumes a total area of 64 mm x 85 mm x 4.1 mm. Chip-on-glass construction allows the driver ICs to reside on the LCD panel, reducing the overall component count and mechanical footprint. The display integrates a touch panel and a white LED backlight. A low-temperature manufacturing process yields lower power, higher pixel density, and greater pixel aperture ratios. Specs include a luminance of 150 cd/m2 with backlight on, 6-bit color, power consumption of less than 400 mW, and an operating temperature range of -10°C to + 60°C. Price is $63 each/1,000.
