The company's LTM06C381 is offered as the industry's first 5.8" wide-format, 800 x 480 resolution low-temperature poly-silicon (LTPS) thin-film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD). A 7" wide format LTPS TFT LCD, the LTM07C382, with a resolution of 1.024 x 600 is also available. Target applications include mini-notebook computers, hand-held devices, and portable applications where the ability to withstand heat and small size are critical. The LTM06C381 is priced at $900 and the LTM07C382 costs $1,000 each.
