Voltage Feedback Amps Buffer LCD-TFT Displays

Sept. 1, 1999

The high slew rate, low power consumption and rail-to-rail input/outputs of the EL5220C dual and EL5420C quad voltage-feedback amplifiers make them well-suited for LCD-TFT voltage buffering in addition to many other general-purpose applications. The chips are capable of delivering 30 mA continuous output current while consuming only 0.5 mA per amplifier. The amps' 12-MHz bandwidth, 10V/µS slew rate and low offset voltage provide benefits for general-purpose applications.
