Housed in QFN-12 packages, the DG2032 dual SPDT analog switch and DG2034 4:1 analog multiplexer are designed for both audio and higher-speed analog signal switching in a variety of consumer, medical and test equipment applications. The QFN-12 package measures 3 mm x 3 mm. The analog switch has an on-resistance specification of 3? at 2.7V and dynamic performance of better than -80 dB for both crosstalk and off-isolation at 1 MHz. With switching speeds of 25 ns turn-on and 13 ns turn-off, the device can handle switching frequencies from the audio to video range. The multiplexer offers on-resistance of 4? and crosstalk and off-isolation specifications of -55 dB at 10 MHz. Turn-on time is rated at 25 ns. Both are specified for power supply and analog signal ranges of 1.8V to 5.5V. The multiplexer is also available in an MSOP-10 package. Pricing for the DG2032 is $0.60 each/10,000 and for the DG2034 is $0.70. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY INC., Santa Clara, CA. (619) 336-0860.
