Grounded on the company's iMOTION integrated design platform that simplifies code development, the IRMCT3UF1 hybrid motor control module combines digital control, an analog interface, and a power stage for sensor-free vector control of permanent magnet motors. The module is quickly configurable via the iMOTION ServoDesigner tool, which facilitates drive parameter modification via memory-mapped registers. In an 8-in.2 package weighing 2.5 oz., integrated features include a digital controller, memory, external interface, gate drivers, and six power MOSFETs.
