A pair of dual Schottky-barrier diodes features 10-A (B10A60VIC) and 15-A (B15A60VIC) ratings. These 60-V devices come in a TO-220IS isolated package from KEC Corp. and are distributed by First Components GmbH. They have a common-cathode connection and a reverse recovery time of 35 ns. The typical forward voltage is a very low 0.52 V measured at 5 A and 7.5 A, with a maximum value of 0.58 V. Also, the diodes come with a standard pin-out. Their thermal resistance is 4.0°C/W, and they comply with the European Union's Restrictions on Hazardous Substances. Suitable applications include switch-mode power supplies, inverters, motor controls, and solar modules.
