Available in TO-126, TO-220, TO-227, and TO-247 packages, the MHP Series resistors provide power ratings from 10W to 600W, making them suitable for use in power supplies and motor drives. Other applications include automation test equipment, high frequency snubber and pulse-handling circuits, load resistors, automotive electronics, industrial power equipment, UPS systems, and industrial computers. Resistance values range from 0.01 Ohm to 51 kOhms. Inductance values are less than 50 nH and voltage rating is 700V. Other features include a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2 kV, absolute tolerances to ±1% and ±5%, absolute TCRs to ±50 ppm/°C, and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +155°C.
