Suitable for machine tool spindles and other high power applications, the company's latest brushless DC motor delivers speeds up to 21,000 rpm and produces up 14.2 in-lb of torque at full speed. Slower speeds will yield up to 15 in-lb of torque. Via a dual plane rotor-balancing scheme, the motor is said to be extremely quiet. It features oversize front and rear bearings and a secondary, internally-independent Hall device tachometer arrangement. Measuring 4.875" in diameter by 7" long, the motor has a standard operating voltage of 370V and a variety of electrical winding options available for other voltages.
