With an electronic speed control range adjustable from 300 to 2000 rpm with speed regulation of -3% of commanded speed independent of load changes, the HBL 60W and 100W brushless dc motors use a 48 vdc drive input. Speed control options include an internal potentiometer, external potentiometer, or external dc analog voltage ranging from 0 to 5 vdc. Both motors can be integrated with eight GFH gearhead ratios of 3.6:1, 10:1, 15:1, 20:1, 30:1, 50:1, 100:1 or 200:1 to provide a wide range of output torques and speeds. When the 3.54" square HBL 560N-3.6 (60W) and HBL 5100N-200 (100W) is interfaced to the GFH series gearhead, the shaft output is increased to 12.2 lbs.-in. and 260.4 lbs.-in., respectively.
