Utilizing high-tech ceramic components, this new gearhead is said to achieve significantly higher performance and longer lifetime when compared to conventional all-metal gearheads. The new planetary gearhead offers a wide range of ratios for speed reduction or torque multiplication in a 26-mm diameter package. There are 55 different ratios offered ranging from 3:8:1 to 4592:1. Efficiency is from 42% to 84% depending on the ratio.
