Available in values from 5 mO to 110 mO, the SLN2 surface-mount, molded current-sense resistors specify a +0.5% tolerance, +75 ppm/°C TCR, and a 2W power rating. Overall dimensions for the resistors are 0.459" x 0.276" x 0.094", and they are manufactured with flameproof UL94V0 molded polymer cases, suitable for flow, reflow, and hand soldering. Target applications include dc/dc conversion, power supplies, laptop and mobile PCs, motor controls, and automotive-engineering management systems. Pricing is $0.525 each in small quantities, i.e., 1,000 pieces per reel. Typical lead times range from 12 weeks.
