The Challenger series sealed-sleeve dc fans reportedly cost 30% to 50% lower than comparable ball-bearing fans and feature an L10 life expectancy of more than 50,000 hours. They are available in seven sizes ranging from 40 mm x 10 mm to 120 mm x 38 mm and in 12 and 24 Vdc versions. Airflow ranges from 6.7 to 105 CFM. Additionally, the fans feature a brushless dc, auto-restart polarity-protected motor with a UL94V-0 plastic frame and impeller and an operating temperature range from -10°C to +70°C.
