Heatsinks Offer Low Thermal Resistance

Nov. 1, 1999

With a thermal resistance of 0.1°C/W and a footprint of 4.7" x 4.7" and height of 1.3", UltraCool II pin fin heatsinks offer a cooling solution where space is limited and/or thermal loads are heavy. The UltraCool family consists of standard models, a Pentium line, a TO-220 line, an ASIC line, and an original integrated microwave package line called UltraPack. All UltraCool II products can be easily customized. Applications include motor controls, telecomm equipment, IGBTs, µPs, microwave power amplifiers, power supplies, welding, laser and medical equipment.
