Hybrid Steppers Crank Up The Torque For Industrial Chores
For industrial apps, the Model HS 200 size 34 hybrid stepper motors exhibit torque characteristics from low detent torques to high holding torque ratios. Available holding torques (bipolar) include 779, 1,062, or 1,416 oz.-in. depending on motor type. With CE approvals and meeting EN 60034-1, the components employ top-to-bottom insulation systems stator insulators that allows them to withstand temperatures up to 130ºC. Three versions are available with step resolutions of 1.8º in full-step mode and in standard NEMA34 mounting configurations. AMETEK TECHNICAL & INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS, Kent, OH. (877) 748-8626.
