Designed for implementing 460 and 575 vac inverter motor controls from one to 30 hp, six IGBT modules with anti-parallel diodes provide current specs of 10A, 15A, 25A, 35A, 50A, 75A and 100A at both 1200V and 1400V. Called the Six Pack Power Modules, the devices measure 107.5 mm x 45 mm x 17 mm and 122 mm x 62 mm x 17 mm. Converter brake modules will soon be available, too.
