Reporting power-level boosts up to 25% over comparable components, the BLMFS5 series flat, linear motors employ a steel-core forcer to deliver a continuous torque up to 377N and a peak force up to 1,500N. The moving forcer coil assembly contains Hall-effect devices and a thermal sensor in a compact, reinforced, ceramic-epoxy structure. The motors are also available in custom configurations and with higher-power magnets to increase output force. The BLMFS5 motors can be driven using the company's standard brushless amplifiers and controllers, creating a complete and integrated system.
