The speed of a filter fan can be controlled according to the temperature inside the electrical enclosure when using the Fan Speed Control Module, resulting in noise reduction, energy savings and extended fan life. The regulator reduces a fan's speed when the temperature drops below an adjustable preset value. Thus, the fan only runs at top speed during times of high temperature at the sensor location, while it operates at 50% speed at lower temperatures. The included 6' long sensor cable allows for temperature measurement at a critical location inside the enclosure. The module comes in 115V and 230V models and is housed in a NEMA 12 polycarbonate enclosure.
