Motor-Control Module Delivers 40A Peak

Jan. 1, 2000

Designed for operation of both fractional and integral horsepower three-phase motors, the CMI-5015-12 motor control module delivers currents of 30A and a peaks current of 40A from a single 4-to-12 vdc power supply. The miniature, hermetically-sealed unit is suited for three-phase brushless dc applications, including robotics, electromechanical valve assemblies, positioning systems, battery-operated motors, fans and blowers, and more. It contains the latest ASIC technology for commutation, cross-conduction protection, braking, under-voltage lockout protection, temperature-compensated reference, and cycle-by-cycle current limiting.
